So far:

24 oz of water

bagel and cream cheese

fruit roll up 

1 cup of grapes

  • It's 9:40 and so far I have had:

    1/2 cup of cereal (yes I am a nerd and measure out my food, ha ha) w/ 1/2 cup of 2% milk. 

    8 oz of water

    ...and my Metformin pill.

  • 1 C Fiber One cereal with lots of milk

    1 whole grain cinnamon pop tart

    More animal crackers than I can count

    1 fruit leather (like a healthy fruit roll up for adults!)

  • Its 9am here. So far:

    Small nectarine, 1/2 c (or so) of cherries, bagel w/ cream cheese, 12 oz water.   

  • 10:53 here, and this is sad, but my M/S is so bad i've only eaten a whole grain bagel w/cream cheese and jelly. I want more but i feel too sick :(
  • 1 pack of instant oatmeal

    1 (giant) handfull of goldfish crackers

    1 cup of chamomile tea

    2.5 glasses (16oz) of water

    it's 957. 

    soon i will be going after a cereal bar and yall are making me want to kick myself for not bringing in my bagel and cream cheese :(

  • 1 coffee flavored yogurt

    1 green smoothie which contained: 1 cup blueberries, 1 whole banana, handful of baby carrots, 5 cherries, juice of 1 orange, and 1 cup spinach

    1 omega-3 enriched Fiber One bar

    12 oz water.

  • Not enough considering I've been up since 6:15 and it's 11:10. 

    A package of poptarts

    Some caffeine free tea

    I'm about to go make myself a sandwich with Pringles

  • Not very much. I havent been feeling well. I got up at 830 and its 10 now.

    4-5 saltine crackers

    1 cup of easy mac (helps my upset tummy)

    1/2 bottle of water

    A dozen or so saltines

    8 oz of orange juice

    11:20 here and I had to work from home today due to m/s. 

  • 2 cups water, working on green tea and 3rd cup

    1 serving of wheat thins

    1 stick of colby jack cheese

    may have an apple in a little bit because I don't go to lunch till 1:30

    its 11:30 now

  • Since I was to tired to go grocery shopping this weekend I HAD to eat a Sausage, egg and cheese english muffin and hasbrowns from Braum's...now I feel awful Ick!

  • its 845 here and I've had:

    bowl of raisin bran w/ milk

    cup of decaf coffee

    slice of whole grain toast

    going to add a glass of apple juice in there too

  • Embarrassed I had the only thing that sounded good this morning. 1 leftover piece of pizza and 2 small chocolate chip cookies. Since then I have eaten a handful of saltines.

    It's 5:30pm. I puked for the first time today and feel like total ass.
