  I love Luca. Hazel is my fave name for a girl. If we ever had a girl I would use Hazel my second fave is Beatrice.

  I can't say I'm a fan of any of your names. Cecilia is decent.

  But, please, anything but Hazel! Dear god, that's like the worst name ever. I know everyone has different tastes in names but for the life of me, I can't understand that one.

  We have an Emmeline, and if we ever had another girl, she would be Penelope. I also really like Gwendolen, and I know a lot of Name Berries go nuts for Beatrice. Hope that helps....it's nice to actually see a poster with a Penelope.

  We are TTC#2. I didn't decide Penelope's name until more towards the end of the pregnancy, but we had a few names in mind the whole time.

  DH has no input to offer except to say "no" to everything I suggest so most likely I will choose a few names and one will grow on him (just how he is). DD1 is Penelope Jane.

  OMG!  I love Penelope Jane.  That's one of my favorite combo's.  Unfortunately, DH doesn't like it

  Taylor Hanson's DD is Penelope.  His other children are named Jordan Ezra (but goes by Ezra), River Samuel, and Viggo Moriah.  But he's weird, so I wouldn't necessarily go that route.

  I think that Jonah goes really well with Penelope. I think an old fashioned name goes well with another old fashioned name.

  Wow, that's one of the oddest groupings of sibling names I've ever seen. They really didn't care how one sounded with the other!

  I like all of your boy names! I would probably go with Jonah, though- seems like the best fit with Penelope.

  I like all your girl names except for Beatrice. Cecilia is just okay, though. I would probably go with Hazel... I adore Hazel!

  These are great suggestions.  I also love Gwendolyn.  I, personally, like syllable counts to remain the same if you have two girls.  

  I think of Penelope as a 19th century name, so I would look through the 19th century SS index.

  Jonah and Luca sound great with penelope. The only one that sounds good with penelope out of the girls is Hazel IMO
