Diaper Rash or Yeast Infection

Elli has had a horrible diaper rash the past couple of days.  I have tried several different diaper rash creams and nothing seems to be doing the trick.  Could it be a yeast infection instead.  The rash is more up towards the front and not at all in the back.  

Any experience with yeast infections in babies?

    I think for the most part, diaper rashes are all yeast?  I would try the combo of the antifungal cream + hydrocortizone + diaper cream.  This is what my pedi would recommend.
