A licking phase?

Please tell me there is such a thing and that it is short lived.  DD licks everything- the screen door, windows, my arms, my pants, seriously anything (I think she's only licked the cat twice though).  I have been trying to limit the paci to just sleeping and in the car but it started before that and it doesn't seem to have changed.  Telling her no, eww, etc does not do anything.  If I physically remove her from what she is licking, she will just start licking something else, usually me.  Ideas?

    My duaghter too!  She really only licks my face.  "You have make-up on mommy? mmmmmmmm"  I'm like that is nasty!  I hope it's just a face also.

    It's not just girls! JD has been licking things too... mostly my legs and I think he does it for attention. It's pretty disgusting, though!

    Ick, we're going through that too! I just keep telling her it's icky and sometimes dying inside as to what she just licked. Ick!

    My DD is going through this now too! It is so gross - she licked the handle on a grocery cart - I thought I was going to vomit!!! I just keep telling her that it is gross and she can get sick - she still licks though...
