Anyone's 1st IUI successful??

Looking for success stories, so nervous for our first IUI this month, and I am praying so hard it works!!!


Dx: PCOS, Anovulation, RPL
Born via emergency c/s February 9, 2008 - 9lbs, 3 oz!!!!

TTC# 2 since February 2010 - BFP #1 Sept 2010-(5mg Femara, 1500mg Met, Ovridel) Missed M/C at 10w2d, discovered at 13w2d, D&C at 14w

BFP # 2 - February 2011-(1500mg Met, HCG Injection) Missed M/C at 10w1d, discovered at 10w3d, D&C at 11w...RPL testing came back all normal.

Trying again. June 2011 - Clomid/1500 mg Met / Baby Aspirin - BFFN!

July 2011 Femara/1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - c/p

August 2011 - Femara/1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - c/p

September 2011 - Puregon/ 1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - BFFN!!!!

    Yup! DS1 is the result of our first IUI. I was on 1000mg of Met, 37.5iu of Gonal-F, I triggered with only one follie and we did B2B IUI's......

    Yes, I had 3 previous m/c's and did IUI once and am now 15 weeks (will be 16 on Monday).  Sending good thoughts and prayers your way.

    Yes - it did for us. I was on femara 5.0. I was going to trigger, but got a +OPK before I could take it.

    It worked for us.  I did Femura, a total of 800 units of Follistim, and Ovidril.  And, DH's sperm were 60% motility, 41 million, and 50/50 level 1 and 2 for speed prior to washing.  After washing he had 90% motility, 39 million, and 70% were level 3 and 4 for speed.  I had also been dx with reduced ovarian reserve.  When I did the trigger shot, I had 2 eggs, one at 17mm and the other at 21mm, one on each side and they both ovulated.  I am now 8 weeks and 2 days pg, with one baby.

    We were given a very low success rate due to MFI, low post wash, and a difficult IUI procedure/narrow cervix but we still got our lucky IUI#1 baby!  Good luck!

    griffin was from our first cycle of clomid/met/IUI/trigger. I had only one mature follie.

    The twins were our 2nd cycle... but the first cycle i was really sick (kidney infection, in the hospital, etc) so i think that effected it b/c i barely even had one mature follie.

    With the twins i had 2 mature follies.
