Did you find out right away whether your babies are identical or fratenal? I was in such shock at my appt, I didn't think to ask.

they couldn't tell with ours in the u/s so we are out of luck right now. They said it could be either.

The only way you'll know they're IDs in utero is if they're in the same sac. Otherwise, you'll have to wait till they're born & opt for a DNA test (obviously only if they're the same sex).

I only saw one sac at the 1st u/s but of course I can't be sure. I think I'm going to call and ask them more about the u/s report tomorrow.

My doctor guessed fraternal, he was measuring SOMETHING in there that said he sees that a lot in fraternals but he couldn't be sure, like the other poster we'll know more when we find out the genders and if they're the same, have a DNA test
