Carbs! All I wanted to eat was carbs. I had been on a low-carb diet before getting pregnant and the first trimester I couldn't stomach a veggie or even a salad at all.
Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!
BFP #1 6/22/09 EDD: 3/2/10 DS born: 3/8/10

I am a craver anyways... so I am not entirely sure when they started going pregnancy mad, but I think that it was sometime in the second trimester with my 1, 2, and 5th. With my twins, it was way earlier.. like, from the time that they 'stuck' until the time they were out.
I craved in my first pregnancy:
cottage cheese
onion and cheese enchiladas with jalapenos
salsa and blue corn chips
double chocolate bagels
rare filet mignon
I craved in my second:
Watermelon
sushi (ditto pp)
nutella (ditto pp)
tuna salad with pickle on cucumber slices
I craved with the twins:
everything above.
I craved with my last pregnancy:
seared tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes (liteally wanted to eat this ever meal)
I have yet to have a craving. I will say though that certain foods taste much better to me now than they did pre-pregnancy like watermelon. I eat watermelon pretty much every day, but I wouldn't say that I crave it. Now, there are some of my FAVORITE foods that I cant stand right now like Salmon and french fries....pregnancy is so weird.

However, I did want fruit. And juice. I was going through a box of lemonade every two days. And watermelon was super yummy to me, as well... I ate a lot of ice cream sandwiches, too.
Re: Cravings
don't remember when, but i think it had more to do with nausea and eating whatever i could stand the sight/smell of without gagging.
i wanted a lot of....
snickers
fruit, vanilla yogurt and granola
sushi (yay for the cooked stuff!)
peanut butter crackers
bananas and nutella
string cheese
salad

I craved with my last pregnancy:
I craved childhood foods: Devil Dogs (got them off ebay), Ramen soup, Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop Tarts with no frosting (these were hard to find)
I also couldn't get enough sushi. And I ate the raw stuff.
So Tasty, So Yummy
I craved sushi too, especially towards the end.
For me though, cravings were much more about what didn't disgust me more than what I couldn't live without eating.
But I did love milkshakes. That's any time though and I used pregnancy as a time to indulge

Do you think the raw sushi is ok?
I adore sushi, and I have been missing it a ton!
Guacamole and ranch dressing. Although now ranch dressing makes me gag.
My rule with sushi is if you know the place is clean go for it.
I never had very many cravings.

At the very end, I was addicted to Icees as well.
