Intense vaginal pressure? Advice Mamas please!

This morning I am having intense vaginal pressure. I have had pressure before but nothing like this. It hurts to walk. It's pretty intense. Does this have anything to do with labor beginning or being on its way? I have no idea but oww, oww, owwy!

Any thoughts? Huh?

    LO may have dropped down into your pelvis.  I would say it's a good sign!

    When I felt like that was during delivery when I was at 10cm and LO started to move down the birth canal all on her own. Sounds not fun. Hang in there!

    I agree, sounds like you've dropped. It could stay that way for awhile though! With DD I dropped maybe a week before my water broke. Not that its the same for everyone. At least things are moving in the right direction!
