Funny conversation with my DH

My DH called me last week while I was at work and said the funniest things. I didn't want to post it while at work...so finally getting to it now.

He calls me and tells me he only has a minute because he was about to pick up DD, but he wanted to mention 2 things:

1. Have I had my temperature bump yet? (me: no)

2. He read that men are "most fertile" in the afternoon. So he wondered if maybe I could work from home some day this week and then we could take a "quickie break" (his words). And he's all like "now that I think about it, I'm usually thinking about *it* the most around then, too. Come 1pm and I'm like "I wonder what Jennifer is doing...' ".

I just had to laugh. I asked him later where he read that little tidbit about the afternoons--somewhere online, he couldn't remember. I love that my DH is all reading up on male fertility on the Internet. With our other pgs, we were not trying long enough for him to really get into it like this. I love that he is trying to maximize our fertility too.

As an aside, has anyone heard this thing about men and the afternoon? It seems so random.
