Cocoon 1000 series bed question

We were trying to convert our daughters crib to the toddler bed. When we pulled out the stuff all we had were 3 rails (one for each side and one for where the mattress sits on the metal piece) There wasn't any hardware and no guardrail or directions. I have been all over the internet and all I can find is the conversion kit, but no pictures. It seems like we are missing pieces, but I figured I would see if anyone else has this crib before I start harrassing the store we bought it from. Thanks for any help you can give!

    We have the 5000 series, did you buy the converter kit? We had to pay separately for it.

    Sorry can't help since we haven't gotten that far.

    We bought the kit but it didn't come with the guardrail just the pieces mentioned above.

    My DH picked up our kit (it's in the basement, not even opened). When they delivered our crib, they gave me a guardrail separate from the actual crib.
