    Hmm.. I haven't had either of those, but banana & cream anything sounds divine.

    Okay, you all convinced me.  The bananas and cream cake is in the oven.  I'm a little appalled that the recipe called for 1/3 c. shortening, so I used 1/4 c. butter instead.

    I smells really good going into the oven.  We shall see!
