    Sure! Get yourself to a craft store, little buckle, ribbon, velcro, and hot glue and you've got it!

    Did you know MAM makes paci clips? Of course, these are much cuter patterns.

    I have a couple that are simular in design made by Boggin Head, they are actually universal.....but I think these ones are way cuter in design!
