a little advice please?

So up until recently my m/s has consisted of just all day nausea. In the last week it has let up ( hooray). 2 days ago I started coming down with a sore throat, today I've had a headache all day but felt mostly fine. in the last hour my stomach suddenly got very cramped and I got hot flashes with flashes of little white flecks in my vision. I had to run to the bathroom to get sick and almost passed out. I made it home with one stop to get sick again.Now my stomach is cramping and I'm getting hot flashes again.

This is not morning sickness right? I've never had morning sickness feel like this. possibly a stomach bug? I am miserable and not looking forward to going to work in the morning feeling this way :^(

    Sounds like a virus to me.  :(  Lots of fluids and get as much rest as you can.  Just watch that you dn't get dehydrated and you should be fine.  I had an awful flu with my first preg. and everything was fine...  except for my poor tummy!  Do you have help with your DD?

    That sounds like a flu to me.  I'd go to er/urgent care/dr if your fever gets over 100 or if it gets any worse.

    Ugh that's what I was afraid of :^(   Luckily DD is staying with IL's tonight ( previously planned) but Dh is over a friend's house and is supposed to be having a buddy stay over.....hopefully they are quiet when they come home. I guess I'll be chugging the water tonight.
