DH has a death wish

He decided to switch out the light fixture in the front hall, and while I'm excited at the thought of him WANTING to do housework on a Sunday night, half of me wants to whack him upside the head.
He's doing it 1) with the power supply to the outlet still ON (so he can use the light next to it to see what he's doing better) and 2) without reading any of the instruction booklet. ("I'm not stupid.. I think I can figure it out on my own ::eyeroll::")
I jumped on here because I can't sit there and watch the stupidity unfold. I'll just go in and rescue him when he realizes he has fuucked up.
(Oh and I forgot to mention, hes up on the ladder right now singing his new favorite word thanks to you ladies (kdodge?) "twatwaffle". I kid you not, he just keeps repeating the word in and opera style sing-songy voice. LOL)

That sounds like something my DH would do. Once our dog chewed through the wires to the outside a/c unit and the damn man was going to solder them back together without even turning off the a/c in the house much less the power to the unit.
And LMFAO about the twatwaffle thing. That is awesome!

It was great! I believe it came as a followup to "cuntstain"- literary genious for sure.
And to be honest, my siggy's nothing fancy- I just did it in the microsoft paint program our computer came with. Cropped down the pictures I wanted and then just used the line tool to make a border LOL. Superduper easy.
It really is fabulous! Wish i could do that!!
