Everyone seems to count weeks & months differently. Does anyone have a conversion chart from weeks to months. I think i am almost 6 months pregnant, but then others say I just entered my 5th month? I am lost.

it just depends. people who use the 40 weeks of pregnancy (most of us, it seems) are considered pregnant for 10 months, including the 2 weeks before ovulation..

At 24 weeks you will be 6 months pregnant. When someone who has kids or has been pregnant asks me I give them the week when someone that i know doesn't know much about pregnancy or 40 weeks i tell the closest month for example "oh just over five months"
Re: Weeks & months, they get confusing!
I don't have a chart, but a month is approximately 4.3 weeks. Let's make it easier. What is your due date?
Mine is Dec. 17, so I will call that nine months.
On Nov. 17, I will begin my ninth month, or be 8 months along.
On Oct. 17, I will begin my eighth month, or be 7 months along.
I hope that helps!
Edit: Oh, I see your due date in your siggy! The end of November makes it easy!
In November, you are 8 months along, or in your ninth month.
In October, you are 7 months along, or in your eighth month.
So... in August, you are 5 months along, on in your sixth month.
On Oct. 8, you will begin your eighth month, or be 7 months along.
On Sept. 8, you will begin your seventh month, or be 6 months along. On Aug 8, you will begin your sixth month, or be 5 months along.
This chart is what I go by. Months get confusing, so I usually stick to weeks. There are different ways to calculate months. HTH
Thanks! This is super helpful!!!
I use this one...top of page.
