From dinner with my brother last week.

    I had my wedding dinner at Bouchon in Vegas and that was the dessert we had - so good!

    Profiteroles... basically its vanilla ice cream between two pieces of puff pastry covered in a warm, rich chocolate sauce... sounds so simple but it's so delicious I think there must be a secret ingredient... like magic.
