One sider feeders who pump at work a ?

I go back to work tomorrow, but am only contingent so I only do 2-4 days a month. I work 12 hour Shifts so i will try to pump every 4 hrs. DS usually eats one side every 2-4 hours during day. Should i pump both sides when I pump? Or just do one to mimic his eating. I want to minimize My time pumping obv bc I will be at work, but I don't want to mess with my supply too much either. Just wondered what others do. Thanks.

  • I always pump both sides, it has worked for me for the last 4 months  :)

  • I always pump both sides, one usually yields more than the other but I figure any extra, I'll save in my freezer stash.

  • I always pumped both sides (more time efficient) even though DS was a one side only eater for a full year.
