DH informed me this morning

That there will be no more sexy time until 39 (or more) weeks. 

 

He doesn't want me to have the baby early because the bathroom won't be ready and he knows that sex can be a trigger for labor.  

24ish days of abstinence here we come!

    my thoughts exactly.  My DH cut me off at 38 weeks b/c he was terrified my water was going to break during sex.  All that accomplished was me being being very frustrated and crabby for the next 2 weeks.

    It's not like we have been burning up the sheets recently. 

    It's just really disheartening to know that even if I were to want to have sex in the next three weeks it won't happen.
