  I pronounce it like this: nu-tram-agen. I called the penis office with a question and she also pronounced it like that.

  OMG!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!! I have LO on my chest right now and I'm cracking up- he was sleeping- not anymore!!! This damn spell check on my iPhone never seems to spell things right. It always changes my words! I typed PEDI'S and it changed it to penis! Omg, I cant stop laughing!! How embarrassing! This iphone spell check makes me laugh!

  I say it right, but it sounds like nu-trim-uh-gen but then again, my accent makes everything sound funny.
