Oooh, man. Don't be so presumptuous. I've been and destroyed the salad bar to a level deemed "a lot of trips for a tiny thing" by our wonderful waiter.

Have a caipirinha for me.
Yes, I heard the salad bar was amazing, and that if one plans on eating meat, it must be avoided at all costs, otherwise I'll be too stuffed when the meat comes around. Mmmm....
Also, I am going to need to examine the wine list. They claim to have a great Chilean and Argentine wine list, so I will have to see what is on offer there before I can commit to a caipirinha. That will be, perhaps, the toughest decision. It's hard to find a place that makes good caipirinhas and it's hard to find a place with a good S. American wine list.

This, according to my DH, is sage advice. I found the wines to be kind of ridiculously expensive (but mostly because I buy almost exclusively S. American wines and know the shelf prices).

Oh, well that's bullshiit. So do I. Hmm, this shall be interesting. Maybe I'll save the wine drinking for after and have the last bottle of Casa Real we have left...
Re: You are all jealous of me. (Except BBHME)
Mmmmmm..... That sounds AMAZING. The experience sounds pretty awesome too.
Have fun!!!!
Yep, I've been there and I'm jealous.
Make sure you go on an empty stomach. That place is so good it's NUTS.
