Tonight is amazing (non-clicky poll)

I am currently ensconced on the couch, eating guacamole, drinking some lovely white wine, watching Cosmos (Carl Sagan's TV series from 1980 on DVD). Today, I cleaned all the things and tomorrow we have our Lamas ritual that I wrote!

So, what is everyone up to? What's good in the world right now?

    The babies and I are currently cuddling on the couch watching tv and listening to a thunder storm.  They're about to go to bed, and I have a load of laundry to put away, some dishes to do, and bags to pack for tomorrow.  BFF is being induced in the morning so they're going to a friend's house for the day while I go to the hospital with her.  I can't wait!

    I SHOULD be cleaning because I really don't want to save it for tomorrow or Sunday. But I am so tired/lazy.

    I definitely did not clean all the things today even though that was on my to do list. I have a super sore throat and stuffy nose so I've spent the evening on the couch whining. DS is at my parents' house and DH is being very good to me.

    We're watching Ed Wood right now and I'm not as impressed as I usually am with Tim Burton films.  

    Wait, none of that is good. Hmmm, something good...

    New kitten is being very cuddly and purry and every time she leaves one of the big cats takes her place. I think they are jealous and so they are being extra cuddly.

     Totally off topic, but do you read hyperbole? Because when I read your post all I could picture was:

    but in the interest of playing- I'm currently sitting on the couch with DH playing on the laptop while he watches deadliest warrior :)

    hmmm....Well it was a good appt. today. And then I had a chocolate shake with a bacon burger. What? I need the extra calories. lol

    That's EXACTLY what I was like today. I love hyperbole and a half. 

     

    And that's not a Gaia Gwee, that's Humphrey, he's the TTCAL mascot. But I know what you're talking about.

    Lounging on the couch watching Slumdog Millionaire. I love this movie.

    We should be packing as we're leaving for the IL's tomorrow morning, but we're both being lazy about it.

    I got pretty much all my homework done today and now I'm relaxing in bed, watching tv, since DH is gone.  Which I am kind of enjoying being alone for once, so that is good.

    LOL I'm glad you at least knew what I meant- I haven't played in years, but he totally brought back memories of my Gaia days. I figured I'd just sound like a crazy person speaking gibberish!

    Seb is spending the night with Grandma and Grandpa (they practically kidnapped him and I finally gave in and left him there. They try this often but usually I win and he comes home. Tonight I gave up. lol.)

    So I went to the grocery store and got some cookies and cream ice cream and now my enormous ass is sitting on the bed watching Law and Order and chowing down.

    today was my youngest sons 7th bday...the day went great, my kids were great and we had a lot of fun!! AND there was cake!!  Then tonight me and my SO booked a night away at a B&B for next week when the kids are gone to their grandparents!! He never does stuff like that!! So as of right now it was a frickin great day!! :o)

    CB and I lounged in the pool, went shopping, and took some awesome five week pics. I can't wait to show them! ::waits patiently on CB to get home and do her magic::

    Now I'm chilling with DH enjoying Subway and watching DVR'd shows.
