Wow - surprise, pp AF

So I really thought I wasn't going to get AF again -- but boom.  DD turned one on Sunday and here is AF.  We have been cutting back on nursing sessions trying to get to just morning and evening so I guess that did it.  I kept wondering why my lower back hurt so much today LOL....

 Tell me I'm crazy though becuase my first thought was "oh, I guess I'm not pregnant" -- um, talk about the most obvious statement of the year.  I'm pretty sure I didn't ovulate and even if I did we're not exactly busting out the sexy time round here too often. *sigh*

    So, was this your 1st pp AF?  Wasn't sure b/c you said "again."  In any case, I'm sorry!  I got mine at 5 month pp - couldn't believe it!  Was nursing FT and everything.

    Childhood cancer (DH) + chemo + radiation = 0 sperm.
    LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
    LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
    Life is beautiful!

    Yup, it was my first pp AF.  I meant "again" ever.  I figured it was provera every 90 days for me from here on out (my GYN suggested that as a next step 90 days after we weaned completely). 

    Thanks for the birthday wishes though -- I can't believe I have a toddler.  She started walking Wednesday night too!  Sheesh - big week for us.

    Aw, happy birthday to her Mommy...LOL.  Wow, can't believe she's walking -- how exciting!  I still remember your newborn diaper posts when she was just a few days old. :)
