You hit the nail dead on the head- thank you for understanding what I was trying to get across- which I understand can be difficult in a message board situation-I think private adoptions and foster care adoptions have totally different sets of issues that allow for different things to happen when telling kids they are adopted. I agree with everything you said 100%, I feel exactly the same way.
