Well the child support ball is rolling...

Just talked the agency today to get my paperwork sent out to me for a child support case. The guy on the phone was so nice... even though I felt like crying the whole time. Did any of you ladies feel that way when you started to go through this process? Anyone know how long it will take... I really just want him back in PA so I don't have to keep looking at him. I know I'm giving him an opportunity to meet his child, but seriously this sucks...

    It's a good step to take.  I felt conflicted about it but I had a hunch SD wouldn't be paying CS for very much longer so I wanted to have my bases covered.  He hasn't paid for June or July and I haven't seen a penny.  I think that they have to be at least 30 days late before action can be taken.  Sweetie can speak more to this.
