    can you make a blurry pic a little more clearer?  I took a pic of the macy firework barges and the the manhattan skyline and they are wiggly.

    Tina- kinda. You can ADD information to things that aren't there, but there are shapening and noise reduction tools that can help. I'll try! ;-)
