Baking with organic sugar?

It seems like a slightly larger grain. Will it affect my recipe?

    I'm pretty sure it will be fine.  Unless the recipe calls for a specific size grain, you should be good to go.

    It didn't have that gorgeous heavenly taste when it was creamed with the butter. I suppose that meant they actually got to the oven...

    Me personally, I would have used a bit more. The refining process in white sugar brings out the sweetner in it that the raw sugar doesn't quite have.

    Vanilla. And it's too late for extra. Thankfully, this is just a trial run for two weeks from now. I have time to perfect.
