Girls who used BCP for IVF prep...

I have been on BCP for about 7 days now and I HATE IT.    DH thinks I am moody as all get out and he is so right.    The little things are driving me nuts and my patience which is normally huge, is so small.

On top of all that, I have really bad cramps.   Like I felt at one point like I was being stabbed in the gut.    It feels more like AF type cramping majority of the time, but I don't know if this is normal.

I tried the pill for 1 cycle (i sucked it up) and it over supressed me.  I am doing the micro-dose lupron protocal and apparently the RE will only do this protocal with BCP.

Is this a normal thing?   Thanks ladies

    When I did micro-dose Lupron my RE used BCP.  Actually every cycle they have done I have used BCP

    Sometimes they do really make me BSC

    I did bcp before my IVF and I also did a micro-dose lupron flare protocol.  I'm trying to remember back to think if being supressed was necessary in order for your body to then get the "flare" benefits.
