I'd bring at least one. I bought most of mine before hand. I went up 2 sizes during pregnancy and then stayed the same after delivery. I don't recommend buying anything expensive, just get a few at target. You may not be up to shopping when you get home from the hospital.

I would get one sleep bra and a two nursing tanks from Target. Wait to get the bras until after your milk comes in. Also if you are tall, Target has long nursing tanks, which you can order online. This was awesome for me because the regular ones pulled up over my stomach, and no one wants that post-partum. (I am 5'7")
I didn't wear a bra the whole time I was in the hospital. I didn't even own a nursing bra until after the twins were born-- I went home from the hospital in my regular bra. I'd limit the amount of shopping you *have* to do right after they're born, though, since it can be a PITA to get out and about.

i agree w/pp, no need to spend alot... just get something at target or a cheaper one at motherhood. i had no idea my boobs would get so big when my milk came in!
fwiw, i didn't use a nursing bra at the hosp, just doubled up on hosp gowns. i was not comfortable enough to deal with another piece of clothing.
i LOVED my elle macpherson nursing bra. they sell at nordstrom, not sure where else. but i got fitted there which was so helpful.
I don't know how big I'll get this time but when I had my daughter (singleton) I sent my husband out to walmart to get me a bra. He got me a soft cotton bra that hooked from the shoulders with no underwire. I will probably pack that one with me. I just can't deal with the colostrum leakage, I will need me some nursing pads. I know how it was was a singleton and I can only imagine how it will be with multiples.

I did, but didn't use them, I worse nursing tanks under a lightweight robe, it gave me easier acess since we had so many people visiting and I felt like I could feed them faster once we kicked people out for feeding times.
