Oh my aching...knees. — The Bump

Oh my aching...knees.

Now that I'm a SAHM, I must go up and down the stairs at least 30 times a day between running up to help LO get to sleep for naps, or bringing laundry up/down, my knees are litereally killing me!  I'm 28 and in shape/active, this is ridiculous!

Anyone else have knee pain since you go up and down the stairs SO many times??

  • Not from stairs but just after having DS, I'm sore all the time.  Especially my knees - I feel like I'm about 50.

I'm sore in my lower back after a long day, yes.  But the soreness isn't noticeable until after I close the door to put DS down for the night.

DS kills my back.  He's such a chunk!  lol

Oh, and try putting heat on your knees.  That always helps my tendinitis feel a lot better  :)
