What's the next step?

Just found out that DS's dad is moving to Utah at the end of next month. We've been waiting on my house getting refinanced before we moved on with the divorce. But since he is moving we have both agreed that we need to finish the divorce now. I don't know what the next step is though. Can he have something written up by his lawyer and then I just sign it?

    Check with your state laws.  In my state, there is a 60 day waiting period after initial filing before you can have a final hearing and/or sign final papers to make things official.  Good luck!
