OMFG!!! DH + SA = Hilarity (waaay tmi inside)

So DH had to do a SA prior to IVF round one. He'd had one done a few years ago and literally they sent you to the waiting room bathroom to do the deed. No "assistance" provided.

So he hits FOUR 7-11s on his way to the fertility center for inspiration... no luck. But glory be, the fertility place has movies, magazines, lounge chairs (ewww) and the whole nine yards.

He was seconds from the finish line and ... THE FREAKING POWER WENT OUT IN THE BUILDING!!! So he's standing around in a pitch black room, twiddling his thumbs, waiting, and apparently it got quite chilly. Finally the power came back on and the deed is done.

Funniest part of all of this is we forgot he had this scheduled and had sex 12 hours before his deposit... so he'll probably have to go again.

    oh my!...When I worked at a fertility office we had a room with tons of videos and magazines and such but I refused to go in there ..ewww...lol..I cant imagine the power going out though  hilarious!

    I am cracking up over here!!!  I am so sorry your DH had to go through this.  Mine hates giving the sample at the office!  But when IVF comes around...I go get my eggs retrieved and he goes and plays with himself...LOL.  Gotta love them!

    Bwahaha. I have this great mental image of your DH in a black hoodie skulking around 7-11. I have no idea why this is the part that made me crack up because the whole thing is pretty darn funny.

    Heh, they probably just hit the breakers every time a guy's in the masturbatorium, just to screw with 'em.

    Also, I appreciate his stamina in trying to find porn.  Let's hope he can make a similar showing when he's out one night trying to find newborn size diapers.
