Yay! Mucus Plug! (Possible TMI)

Sooooo excited!!! I'm starting to lose my mucus plug!!! OB did a rough internal exam yesterday, which had me crawling up the table. I walked like 4-5 stores (Kohl's, Target, etc) today and finally, started to see a little mucus plug come out with a tinge of the bloody show! I'm hoping that's a good sign for labor to come relatively soon! Work scheduled me for this coming week, one of the days being my birthday, and I'd rather not work that day. Maybe I'll get two wishes granted, having our little girl soon and not working on my birthday!

    Maybe this is a personal question, but did you notice the MP on the toilet paper or did it just go into the toilet?

    I had my first internal tuesday and I agree about it being rough. I've noticed a little discharge but not sure if its my mp or what. I'm hoping it is and that it keeps coming. I'm so done. Good luck to you and hope you dont have to work on your bday.

    YAY for you!! I am pretty sure I lost mine this morning too, except no blood. Just looked like nasty snot. Excited for you and hope labor comes soon!

    Both. Like when some period blood sometimes you see it in the toilet and on the toilet paper. MP was definitely a different texture and color than anything I've seen before.
