Hey Ladies!
I am hoping for some advice on questions to ask at our daycare orientation tonight. LO is due in September and I am very nervous that I won't ask what I need to ask to get the information that I will want later. (If that makes any sense)

Thanks for any tips! Can't wait to join the world of working mommies!!
Re: Questions to ask at Daycare Orientation
The one question that I keep asking when I was checking out daycares was "Do you separate the younger newborns (3 months) from the older infants?(7 months-11 months)---(my daycare does separate them as far as the activities that they do)" It just felt that when I showed up the infants were larger and more advanced than my baby (so I guess it is that feeling that I want to be confident that the daycare knew how to scale back the amount of activity for my newborn compared to an older infant). "What is a typical day like for my newborn at your daycare?" is another question.
Today when I was picking up paperwork for our daycare, I asked the ratio of girls to boys for the infant room (right now there are all girls in the infant room), I asked the maximum amount of infants that they could have (the answer was there was space for 8 infants), and who they were expecting to come into the infant room in the coming months.
You will probably have better questions to ask once your baby is here because you will get to know your baby's needs better. Now that my baby is here, and I have had a month with him at home--I knew better questions to ask because I know him better-like "Have they worked with babies who had reflux?" And interesting is that it seems that everyone in the infant room there had Dr. Brown's bottles, and my baby has Dr. Brown's bottles--so I was happy with that as well. I even was asking what brands of diapers the other babies were wearing (crazy but I still asked).
