I would go to the one at the Houston Premium Outlets off of 290. It's not to far out and they usually have most of the store marked for half off. Sometimes you can get coupons for the premium outlets to use at the store, thats what I did. I still shop there for my 4 year old son, and his sister thats on the way.
I've found that the Carter's store at Town and Country has better prices that the outlet. Especially with the coupons you can find only about 90% of the time.
The outlet and the regular stores will have the same prices and sales but normally the outlet will have more clearance stock. You can use your coupons you get in the mail or online at the outlet stores.
We usually shop at the regular store at 249 and Spring Cypress and one of the workers told me the other day, when they had a lot of clearance for a sale, that after the sale was over corporate would look at their inventory and probably ship most of it to the outlet store. She said that regular stores can only carry a small amount of clearance inventory and everything else has to be shipped to the outlet stores.
Oh and when we go to the outlet we usually go to the one at the Outlet Mall on 290.
Has anyone compared the prices there to the prices at BRU? I feel like the Carters stuff is usually cheaper there. I don't think I have ever paid full tag price for Carters stuff at BRU, and it's almost always buy one get one half off or something similar.

I never pay full price at Carter's. I always wait until there is a sale (because there is one almost every other week or every couple of days) and I have to have a coupon too.
Occasionally I have found stuff cheaper at Kohl's but usually they will be the same price. I've never looked at BRU but I don't think a buy one (if it is full price) get one half off is cheaper cause most expensive I'll pay (if I absolutely need something) will be 20% off the retail plus another 20% at the register, normally I'll get everything cheaper than that.
