Missing PPD Medication for the day?

Every once in a while I will accidently forget to take one of my PPD meds. I am on 30mg of Cymbalta daily. On the days that I forget to take it, my body and my mind goes haywire. The only way I know how to describe it is that I start feeling super "trippy". Everything moves slower, things spin, and I find myself very confused, and I can't think straight. It's really really scary, and sometimes I will get so confused that I can't figure out what I'm confused about, and it's a big cycle, if that makes any sense.

Does this ever happen to anyone else? What are your side effects if you forget you PPD medication?

    This is VERY common and happens to almost everyone when they miss a dose or try to get off of Depression drugs.  For me I had these weird brain zaps and felt dizzy with a bad headache.  Everyone has a different reaction to coming off/miss a dose of meds but they are all normal!

    Brain zaps! That is the perfect description for that weird feeling I get when I blink when I miss a pill. Lol! I could never think of a good way to describe it.
