Yay! I've worked on this for two months, but I can finally put DD down, say goodnight and walk out. This has been a struggle for about a year. I recommend it to anyone else having trouble getting their LOs to put themselves to sleep instead of being rocked, having you in the room, etc.

Gotcha. I have a strong-willed one too. They are a joy but so frustrating when they don't get their way.
