  Uhm, duh...there's your theme!  LOL!  Sorry - no help!  But, seeing as how my DH likes the same things...I don't think I'd even go with a "theme" so to speak, as just doing his favorite things...

  Why not a tailgate party?

  Decorate as if you're gonna watch the BIG game.  Ask everyone to wear their team colors & bring their favorite tailgate food.  Break out the BBQ, the camping stove and the coolers.

  Flag Football?  A betting pool centered around DH's activities that afternoon?

  We did a keg and kebab theme for DH - all kebabs (meat, fish, fruit, caprese).  It was easy and fun!
