So, the realtor comes tomorrow.

Putting "our" house on the market.  I have been living here since December (and paying 100% of everything related).

I am excited and hopefully it will sell. 

I can't believe how much I have decluttered already, and how much doing so has made me FEEL decluttered.   Amazing what some new furniture,  wall decor, and rearranging can do for the soul, huh?
