  Pretty good. You can still taste the fenugreek and fennel but it's much better than just plain mother's milk tea.

  Is it overly bitter without sugar?  I don't tend to use sugar in tea, and sometimes boil my black like coffee.

  Not "undrinkable". I've drank the hot Mother's Milk tea without sugar and it was alright. But I have a major sweet tooth, so my perspective may be skewed.

  Brilliant idea!  I love iced tea and haven't been able to bring myself to drink lacation tea... why didn't I figure this out on my own??
