I am good. Still nothing happening in my ttc journey. I have been taking a break, which has been nice. I figured I would check in to see what's going on. Looks like there are some awesome BFP's on the April board already!
I'm still here ;(. You can read my post below "I need help (prog levels)" that pretty much sums up what's going on with me
Married 5/31/08 * TTC#1 9/09 - 2/11 after anovulatory diagnosis and TTC for 1 1/2yrs with several medicated cycles and one chemical pregnancy, we have our first bundle of joy!
IT'S A GIRL!
#2 EDD 2/5/13 dx with anti-BIG E antibody, seeing a MFM
I don't take one single minute for granted.

Hey Jiffy, I am sorry that the information that you are recieving from your doc is different than ff. I can definetely understand wanting to hold off on Clomid. I have been taking a break (still no O) while the Metformin kicks in. Part of me wants to go ahead and start the Provera and move on from this cycle, but part of me keeps hoping that O is just around the corner (wishful thinking). This whole TTC thing is such a guessing game.
I'm waiting to start my new cocktail of metformin and actos. I am on day 5 of Provera, so hopefully I'll get SF early next week. We have to TTA until I get a natural period, so i hope the met/actos work!

Hey! It's nice to see you pop in. Been thinking about you.
I started Clomid yesterday...fingers crossed!
I just stalked you too...I am really hoping that the Clomid works for you. I will probably do another round next month. I am trying to decide when I want to start my provera.

I know, that's such a hard decision when you have long cycles. There's always that "what if" that you might end the cycle too soon and your body would have cooperated for once. Good luck with the decision!
This may be a dumb question, but how will you know the Met is working?

I am not really sure. They say that Met has been known to help regulate your periods though it tends to take 3-6 months to get into your system and start working. I have been on it for 2 months. Although there are some women that get pregnant on Met alone, it is rare. Research has shown great things on Met and Clomid together.
I am thinking about going to another doctor just to get a second opinion on PCOS. I really like my doc though. Decisions, decisions......
Good to see a familiar face around these parts. How are you!?
Hey Maddie...I am good. Just kind of hangin out, taking a small TTC break. I have been getting ansy again lately so I will probably come off of my break. Here's to hoping !

I know, I love them too.... Did you ever get your test results back about PCOS?
No, the androgen profile is taking forever to process. It's funny, the lab tech made it a point to mention that that b/w was labeled "stat" on the form and that my RE would have it by the end of the day. Guess not!
