We've been battling sleep issues for MANY months. First of all Jake needs to be fed and cuddled to sleep in my arms, then ends up in our bed every night after refusing to be in his crib for longer than 20 seconds. He also eats (what feels like) a million times a night.
But this week, things have been getting better. I am afraid to jinx it, but he hasn't needed to be cuddled to fall asleep - he's learning to soothe himself to sleep. And last night he went down at 8:30, transferred to his crib fine, woke at 2:30 to eat, went back into his crib, and woke again at 6:30 to eat.
I truly hope this is not just a fluke, but that we're on to something here.

it feels so good to make progress with sleep!!
Zoey is getting better too - last night she was only up at 12:30 and 5:30.
