Thanks so much for thinking of me. It was a really good day. I just posted an update about the RE, but overall it was a good appointment. I had a great time shopping, it was so nice to be able to go somewhere besides the hardware store, feed store or Wal-Mart LOL. Going to Origins felt like such an indulgence, but it was awesome.

Squeeee!!! I love, LOVE Origins!!! So glad you had fun, but more importantly, had a great RE visit.

Things are good. I contacted an agency today, they seem very down-to-Earth. I was worried that my weight might be a problem, but all of the girls on the adoption board told me not to worry. They just ask that you be in good general health, so I am feeling better about that. Otherwise, just waiting to hear on my interview from Monday. I REALLY hope I get the job!

That's great. I have a friend who adopted children out of foster care. She said that really, they just want to see people who will make a loving family and provide a welcoming home. I hope you hear back from your interview soon, waiting is so hard.
