What have you been able to keep down? I think dehydration is making the zofran/constipation side effect much worse, but it's really hard for me to take most liquids.
I make a pitcher of "spa water" everyday - orange, lemon, and cucumber slices - keep it cold in the fridge! Easier for me to get down than plain water. And watermelon is great, and grapes.
Some ladies on here mentioned this tip and it's been working great for me - putting some lemon slices and icecubes in a big glass of water & drinking it with a straw.
I've always had a problem with drinking enough water, and this has helped me drinking much more!
My cousin told me that staying hydrated helped her look great during pregnancy. She said if you're dehydrated, you can become puffier looking!
I have been ok with water lately but it has to be ice cold. I've also found that adding a lemon wedge or two is helping. I'm starting to get better this week but a couple weeks ago I was also eating about 3 Edy's whole fruit popcicles a day.
Re: Your tips for staying hydrated needed
Gatorade/powerade got me through the worst of it. Around 8-10 weeks I had a really tough time with liquids.
Popsicles (try making homemade ones with juice!)
Fruit (especially watermelon).
This! I buy the actual coconuts from the grocery store and drill a hole into them
SOOO good!
