And you generally feel bad (kind of) because the economy sucks and nobody has a job. The first call I ever took was a lady who thought the FBI was tapping her phone. Huh?

Sob stories are so annoying! I work in construction and when we get paid we pay our subs. They then give me this sob story about needing to pay bills blah blah blah. Or I've got the story of needing to get xmas presents for the kids story before too. I tell them the same thing no money. I don't understand why they think telling me a sob story is going to change the fact we have no money to pay them yet. I can't just pull money out of my a$$ sorry.
