Re: Taking Charge of your Fertility

  • My question is, is it really going to tell me anything different than fertililty friend and charting and such?

I've been trying to think if it would be more useful for you but I can't come up with reasons why it would be.  So I'm going to say that it's probably not going to tell you anything different.

It helped me, but I bought it to help with charting.

    This!

Save your money and ask us whatever you want to know....many of us have been through it all!

I actually found FF better for charting.

  • I personally learned a LOT about my body from reading the book though a lot of the application/techniques are available elsewhere.

I recommend you check with your local public library to see if you can borrow the book for free.
