Ectopic question, please help

So now I'm wondering if it's wise to go on our vacay if I leave with my pgcy status still unknown.  My beta from 12 dpo was 21 and I've been testing positive since 9 dpo. I'm getting my levels done again tomorrow so I'll have the result Thursday. On Saturday we leave for Colorado for two weeks, so I'll be gone from when I would be 4w3d until 6w3d.  

If my levels come back lower than they were on Tuesday or way higher than they were then I think I'm okay, but what if they are inconclusive?  I'm worried about being stuck so far from home and ending up needing emergency surgery.  I had an ectopic before DS and lost my right tube so I obviously don't want that to happen again.  

I don't know what to do, I'd like to go and enjoy my vacay but I don't want to worry about ending up in the ER.  

Any advice?

    why do you have to wait a day for the levels to come back? My RE took blood at 7am and had my results by noon - can you talk to your doc and see if they can get them back sooner and then do them again on Friday if needed?

    I would be scared to travel, too. I had a threatened ectopic with my first pg - so i know how it feels to wait and wonder- doing that with a trip on the end of the week =worse.... i'd talk to the doc and see what they recommend.

    I have no advice but I missed your post from earlier today.  I hope you get some answers with your next beta draw.  I'm so sorry you are stuck with inconclusive results right now.  I hope that you just have a slow riser and things will pick up and turn out just fine.  ((HUGS))

    They do same day at my RE's but I'm not local so I go through Quest and it takes an extra day.

    Your beta is not that bad.  My siggies are a 14 and a 20 at the same point in time.

    And there is no indication of ectopic at this point.

    Really?  Your betas were 14 and 20 at 12 dpo?  What did your betas do after that?  What did your RE say?

    My beta with twins was 29 @ 12dpo.  I wouldn't spend too much time worrying until you see the next one.  Your level is within normal range.

    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

    They should have ran it as STAT! I had a planned vacation last year right after my two week wait! I was home for the 1st beta which was done at the RE but not the 2nd one! So they sent me to Florida (disney world) with lab slips for Quest and had the order as STAT! I can't believe they didn't write that on!
