I responded to your post below, but when Elizabeth went through this a month or so ago, we had trouble with fluids too. Ice cubes in the mesh feeder worked a little and I froze some juice in ice cube trays and fed her slivers of it -- kind of like a slushy.
I went out and bought her old favorite sweet potato puree too since it was the only thing she'd eat other than yogurt.
Good luck -- it's so sad when they're feeling so miserable.
