AW: B-day & Babymoon

Sorry, but I'm going to be a total AW for a second.

My birthday was Saturday and my SIL and MIL got me some maternity clothes. And my awesome sister got me the Petunia Pickle Bottom bag that I wanted so badly! It's the boxy backpack in Sleepy in Santorini. Love it! I can't wait to use it.

You know things have really changed when you get excited about getting maternity clothes and baby stuff for your own birthday!

DH gifted me with a trip to the Outer Banks for my b-day/babymoon. He researched and booked the hotel himself. I'm always the vacation planner, so it was nice not to have to plan. We spent four days in the town of Duck. I wish I could go back! I know it's kind of early to do a babymoon, but we're going to be so busy this fall and winter, so it was better late than never. He also got me a sapphire ring!!! I was totally shocked, because we had agreed the trip was my gift.

I am so, so very fortunate.
