I REALLY want to get some pink and blue pom hanging things for our gender reveal party but have no idea where to get them..I have tried party city, hobby lobby, and target with no luck
I make them...they are so easy!! I made tons for our wedding. I used the martha stewart tutorial. I used a few more sheets of tissue than she suggested and it makes them fuller. Also, when you cut the ends (either curved or pointed) it's easiest to cut a few folds at a time rather than through the entire pom end...I dont know if that makes sense. Here is the link. Feel free to private message me if you have questions

This. They are really easy and gorgeous when you puff them all out and hang them in clusters. You can make different sizes by cutting the initial folded bunch shorter too.

Oooo...good tip on the sizes! I'm thinking of putting a few of these in the nursery to add some cheap quick color. I'd like to do a 3 in all different sizes. When you cut them shorter, do you make the fold a little shorter or leave it the same?
