The more I've been reading on Celiac, the more it is making the pieces come together. Simply from the reproductive standpoint, it causes infertility if CD is untreated. It also causes m/c because the antibodies attach to and destroy the placenta tissue.
While I feel horrible that my diet more than likely caused my m/c, I feel victorious that I may have found the solution to many of my health problems. It makes sense now that my hormone levels are all normal, yet I do not ovulate (at this point) without medical intervention.
Re: So, Celiac Disease probably caused my m/c and IF
I have been gluten free for 3 1/2 days. It is very tough and I'm mourning the loss of some of my favorite foods. However, if it solves my major health problems, it will be a small price to pay. (Especially if we are able to have a healthy baby!)
I haven't gotten my blood test results back yet, but my doctor confirmed that I have Dermatitis Herpitaformus. The folks on the message board on Celiac disease have told me that not everyone with Celiac has DH, but everyone with DH has Celiac, regardless of the blood test results. A couple of people have encouraged me to continue eating gluten until I get in to have an intestinal biopsy, but I plan on opting out of that. I have enough confirmation at this point to not mess with that.
If you have any questions about going gluten free, I have a lot of online resources. I'm new to it, but I've learned a lot in the past few days.

April 2011 CP @ 5 weeks
A friend of mine recently found out she has celiac's disease. She has been suffering with infertility for over 5 years. They started IVF last year but it wasn't until after her CD diagnosis that they were successful with IVF. She is currently 30 weeks pregnant with twins.
If you want, I can ask her for some of the info she has on CD and infertility (I know she did a lot of research).
